Product Description: ESEE Ashley Game Knife with Leather Sheath

When ESEE decided to create knives specifically for hunters, they sought advice and opinions from some of the industry's best. The new Ashley Game Knife (AGK) was designed by Ashley Emerson, a guide and hunter who has had the opportunity to handle hundreds of deer, wild hogs, and other animals from squirrels to buffalo, across locations from Alaska to Africa. Drawing on his vast experience in the field, Ashley has used and modified many different knives, and the ESEE-AGK was born from this extensive knowledge.

Care and Maintenance: ESEE carbon steel knives are made from 1095 steel, a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use. However, 1095 steel will rust and stain if not properly cared for, especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. ESEE recommends using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH to maintain the knives.

Brand Background: Randall's Adventure & Training was launched in 1997 by Jeff Randall and Mike Perrin to bring realistic tools and knowledge to the consumer market. After years of operating under contract with the Peruvian Air Force's School of Jungle Survival in South America, they relocated their training stateside and launched a sister company, ESEE Knives, to produce high-quality field-grade knives and gear.
