ESEE 6P Fixed Blade Knife with Polymer Sheath (Black Blade/Coyote Brown)

The ESEE-6P fixed blade knife features grey linen Micarta scales and a black finished blade with a plain cutting edge. It includes a coyote brown molded sheath, clip plate, paracord and cord lock. The ESEE-6 design represents a fine balance and fit that is light for its size. The Micarta handle feels at home in your hand, and the rounded pommel offers a hole for lanyard attachment. The 3/16" thick 1095 steel blade is full flat ground. The ESEE-6 can serve as a primary wilderness survival knife, or be fitted to your modular system for duty carry in a tactical environment.

ESEE carbon steel knives are made from 1095 steel, which is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use. However, 1095 steel will rust and stain if not properly cared for, especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. ESEE suggests using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH.

The ESEE-6P fixed blade survival knife is a full tang 1095 high carbon steel construction with a black powder coated flat ground 6.50" blade. This blade features jimping on the spine for increased thumb grip. The handle is made out of Micarta canvas, with a lanyard hole in the rounded pommel. It includes a durable olive drab molded polymer carry sheath with a removable clip.

The ESEE-6P-DE fixed blade survival knife has the same features as the ESEE-6P, while the ESEE-6P-VG model also shares the same design and specifications.

ESEE Knives was launched in 1997 by Jeff Randall and Mike Perrin, who founded Randall's Adventure & Training to bring realistic tools and knowledge to the consumer market. After operating in South America with the Peruvian Air Force's School of Jungle Survival, they relocated their training stateside and launched ESEE Knives as a sister company to produce high-quality field-grade knives and gear.

In addition to the ESEE-6P series, ESEE also offers the Izula model, which has an overall length of 6.25" and a blade length of 2.63". The Izula comes with a molded polymer sheath and clip plate.
